Saturday  8am - 3pm

Closed on major holidays.

 

Payments:

Credit Cards or Cash Only, unable to accept checks at this time.

No refunds on services, package deals, or opened products.

 

New Clients:

New clients should arrive 10 mins. before appointment start time to allow for paperwork completion and allow for 15 mins. after session for product and treatment recommendations. 

 

Late Arrival:

 All sessions begin and end on time regardless of late arrival.  All treatment times include consultation and dressing.  

 

Cancel/Reschedule Appointment:

Please kindly give 24 hrs. notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Without 24 hrs. notice - 50% of your service cost will be charged to your credit card.  No call/no show- 100% of your service cost will be charged to your credit card.

Parking/Location:

Guest parking is usually available in front of office.   If not, anywhere a space is open is perfectly fine.   If you are unfamiliar with the area, feel free to reach out before your appointment.  All sessions begin and end on time regardless of late arrival. 

 

Service Information:

Current skin condition, medical history, current skin care routine, medications, new client to Renew, recent surgeries/treatments, pregnancy/breast feeding, Fitzpatrick type,  etc. are all very important details and may affect your service.  Facial treatments may be altered at any time for any reason.  If you have a question regarding any possible issues, please call 318-465-1320 to see what modifications can be made for your session.
